Alumni and current students and parents gathered at a garden reception in London to welcome new undergraduate and graduate students and their parents to our Cornell Family and community on a lovely summer afternoon. New connections were forged and the excitement of Cornell was palpable. Contact details were exchanged, useful tips and resources were shared, promises were made to meet up on the hill or in London, and lastly, but not least, an invitation extended to all to join CCUK. And as all families at the end of gatherings do, everyone lingered a bit longer and chatted a little bit more before bidding each other farewell and best wishes for the next chapter of academic study and life at Cornell.
