An annual favourite event, we once again hosted our CCUK wine tasting on Saturday, 7 June, where 23 Cornell alumni, current students and guests enjoyed an afternoon of wine and great conversation.
Alumni Seema Wadhwani opened her home for the third year in a row to allow attendees to enjoy a range of five wines from across various regions in France. The event was hosted by Sherry Stolar, our VP of Social Events and Head of Events at London-based fine wine and spirits merchant Justerini & Brooks, where all the wines tasted came from.
By tasting wines from various grape varieties and regions, attendees were able to understand the styles of wine they like and, most importantly, the language to use to make better wine choices for themselves the next time they are in a shop or restaurant.
This annual event is one of our most popular and we are already looking forward to the 2026 edition!
