CCUK was thrilled to host an in-person unique wine tasting experience, featuring a selection of “Big Red Wines this past July”
Led by fellow alumna Sherry Stolar, BS ’07, founder of Sherry Rose Wine and event manager for Mayfair-based retailer Hedonism Wines, we tasted through a selection of six red wines from across the world (including a sparkling red!). By tasting wines from various grape varieties and regions, we walked away with a better understanding of the styles of wine you like and, most importantly, the language to use to make better wine choices for yourself the next time you’re in a shop or restaurant.
